Oh, no.
I had that circus dream again
And that rusty clown was leading the parade
Not even trying to look happy in that rain
His leg was squeaking every step he made.

His followers were creatures of all types
One-legged ballerinas and clumsy acrobats
Fake animals leaving traces from painted stripes
And headless lion tamers with ugly cuts.

Something happened with that bizarre lot
One by one, their balance was gone
A battlefield – as if they’ve been shot
Behind their leader soon there were none.

At last, the clown made his last bow
His body was gently crushed on the ground

The rusty-red
clown’s head
just bounced around.
