TROPICAL BREAKFAST Cut my heart in 6 crossed lines And turn it upside down Come and dance the Mango Tango With this rusty clown. Cut my brain like passion fruit Leave me dead on Kangaroo Field Sing me till the end of youth Through the spiral of an orange peeled. Squeeze me like a kiwi juice And put a cherry in Mix it with your jazz-bird tune And spice it with a sin. Oh, crack me like a fortune cake Once upon a time in Oz Take whatever you may take What was mine now is yours. Spin me in a roulette wheel And play on 25 The stakes and odds will come to zero All the years will come alive. Break me like a maca-nut And free me from my shell Eat me slowly in your tropical Paradise and Hell. Slice me in a public place Try to avoid a stone Spread me like a muesli grains And leave me all alone.

Mango Tango 04:32
MANGO TANGO Come dance with me the Mango Tango Come try with me that passion fruit This dance is not a game, no The Spark has made a flame, we know. This life is more than halfway gone But time is now on our side Everything that’s been and gone Has returned to green and fun Dance… dance… dance. Come dance with me the Mango Tango The steps are long but never mind The world is not too vast to pass Who knows which place is best for us The distance is equator size Our arms should be that long to reach Ballroom is so stretched today ten thousand fucking miles away. Dance… dance… dance. Come dance with me the Mango Tango My travel agent winks at me I have a rose between my teeth I’m ready now for you to meet. My hands are flying to Hong Kong connected flight to your Gold Coast I’m a frequent flyer, note my code My hug’s already on the road.

KANGAROO FIELD Eight hours in the future ahead She’s running forward, I’m left in the past When she goes to sleep, I get out of my bed Please tell me is this something to last? What is happening? Am I a fool? I’m in love and young again Break the mirrors, stir the pool Make it last as long as it can. I’m sleeping in the Kangaroo Field Doing nothing but dreaming of you On dusty ground I’m freshly killed by Time and Space, by Old and New. Oh, I’m lying down in the Kangaroo Field The Earth is moving and I’m standing still Is there a chance for me to be healed? Is there a future at all, you know, ‘shall’ and ‘will’? Eight hours in the future out there hanging like carrot on a stick I’m jumping to reach it in the air Clasping my jaws on every tick. The clock hands are showing the way up and down, left and right, leading astray night and day The particular moment’s always out of my sight. I’m frying in the Kangaroo Field The ground is cracking, dry as a nun No trees or any kind of shield Look around, all the kangaroos gone. Oh, I’m dying in the Kangaroo Field My life is reeling in front of my eyes All the feelings I started to build Have suddenly stopped in the 75-s.

Cherry Boy 03:00
CHERRY BOY I remember a car and a long winding road a small piece of silver in one of my ears The 24th March’s 8 o’clock episode And the Day of Pears clearly appears. Nobody knows where we’ve met the first time for some reason it was outblacked in my notebook, there’s only a rhyme ‘bout lying on the floor with your present unpacked. Oh, Cherry Boy, what a merry joy you had. How terribly important person in the early morning was this lad. Oh, Cherry Boy, what a hairy toy it was What a proud warrior rose out of the wonderful and the magical kingdom of Oz. I remember a long long long fingerlike beach Swimming at night with the sea fireflies A roofless house, and a lot of stars we could reach Something that seemed like our first paradise. A squeaky old bunk bed and a witness up there The crickets, the sea and the thick scent of pine Everything around me disappeared somewhere I hoped she wouldn’t know it was my first time. Oh, Cherry Boy what a cowboy he was He was skillful and brave and there was no doubt that any moment he’d hear applause. Oh, Cherry Boy, a new playboy was born Now a giant walks the town unknown and his mighty silhouette outlines in the dawn.

Jazzbird 03:14
JAZZBIRD Listen to the song of that bird she said A funny something from the garden is heard I can’t tell which one when lying in bed, Nightingale, magpie, or blackbird. According to the song, one might be wrong A blackbird is singing in the dead of night The nightingale swings all night long And the magpie at the end of light. However, I’ll call it my Jazz-Bird I don’t know what it looks like and I don’t care It may look stupid or absurd And not even exist anywhere. My Jazz-Bird’s singing (whistle) can you hear it? Somewhere in the garden (whistle) quite near you My Jazz-Bird’s swinging (…) can’t you feel it? All of a sudden, and only for two. My Jazz-Bird’s singing (whistle) can you hear it? Somewhere in the garden (whistle) quite near you My Jazz-Bird’s swinging (whistle) don’t you feel it? All of a sudden, and only for two. Could it be black or gray or white? Full of colour, or just blue? Could it be funny, dark or light Could it be me? Or you?

RUSTY CLOWN’S BLUES Oh, no. I had that circus dream again And that rusty clown was leading the parade Not even trying to look happy in that rain His leg was squeaking every step he made. Oh, no. His followers were creatures of all types One-legged ballerinas and clumsy acrobats Fake animals leaving traces from painted stripes And headless lion tamers with ugly cuts. Oh, no. Something happened with that bizarre lot One by one, their balance was gone A battlefield – as if they’ve been shot Behind their leader soon there were none. Oh, no. At last, the clown made his last bow His body was gently crushed on the ground Their eyes wide open, the fallen people saw how The rusty-red clown’s head just bounced around. Well, well Life may be sad, but the blues are so much worse Welcome to the world of adults, please close the door Leave that clown there, that was his curse You see, he is not funny anymore.

STAKES AND ODDS This is our lucky song number seven And luck is not the only thing we need A piece of us in the tropical heaven And a gentle kangaroo stampede. Lead me to the Phantom’s secret beach Where all the grains of sand are golden Who will be the pupil there and who will teach? About how, why, who, which, where, and when. The stakes and odds Eyes with slumbers Help me, Gods The wheel with numbers. Dice and cards A cherry jackpot Clubs and hearts chips and whatnot. This is our lucky song, hope you’ll like it Happiness is the only thing that counts I hope we’ll manage to hitchhike it And keep it in substantial amounts. Saturn made a turn in my seventh house But I feel quite well, thank you very much Through my life, I’ll try to browse To find my hearing, sight, smell, taste, and touch. A millionaire Straight win Just one pair: Jack and queen. The stakes and odds black and red the coin slots the die is dead. This is our lucky song number seven And luck is not the only thing we need A piece of us in the tropical heaven In a gentle kangaroo stampede. The stakes and odds Eyes with slumbers Help me, Gods The wheel with numbers. Dice and cards A cherry jackpot Clubs and hearts chips and whatnot.

ONCE UPON A RHYME Once upon a time, There was a rhyme About a love that was a bit tragic. Once upon a space, There was a face That carried a glint of magic. (Magician: Get back before the return of the cyclops) Once upon a smile, As was her style, A princess was waiting for a kiss to remember. Once upon a love, After a while The prince set off from above But it was still September. (Magician: It was never revealed what you are about to see) He’ll have to fly The six valleys and on the seventh hill He’ll have to face the wild seven giants and them all to kill, He’ll have to buy some magic items in free shop sales. God bless the child that believes in fairy tales. (Princess: Sinbad, Sinbad, up here…) Once upon a wink There was a link Between the plusquamperfect and the present tense Once upon a twinkle There was a wrinkle That to every puzzle gave a lot of sense. (Magician: We will stop and rest here) Once upon a rhyme It was Summertime In the middle of Winter, quite like magic Once upon a season There was a reason to abandon everything, including logic.

FOR TUNE COOKIES No wind no waves Said the first fortune cookie’s line Live by what you trust not by what you fear Help yourself, have some beer or wine. More give less take Said the last fortune cookie’s line Failure is opportunity in disguise And all that for two dollars Nighty nine Raise your sail one foot And you get ten feet of wind What the caterpillar calls the end of the world The master calls a butterfly The sooner you fall behind The more time you’ll have to catch up You don’t marry someone you can live with You marry the one you cannot live without. No wind no waves Said the last fortune cookie’s line Failure is opportunity in disguise And all that for two dollars Nighty nine Raise your sail one foot And you get ten feet of wind You don’t marry someone you can live with You marry the one you cannot live without.

Back to Oz 03:34
BACK TO OZ The story begins in black and white I’m 55 and still trying to be I’m waiting for the next tornado flight To go back to Oz, for free. (People from the farm: It’s a twister!) The whirl takes me up, no business class Wow! I’m 40…30…24 No seatbelts, no oxygen masks I’m not in Kansas anymore. (Dorothy to Toto: We’re not in Kansas anymore…) Back to Oz Back to Oz Back to Oz Back to Oz (Scarecrow: If I only had a brain) I opened my eyes, they call it fade-in Everything turned to a colour mode My skin to rose, the grass to green And yellow for the funny brick road. Oh… I’ve killed a witch with my family house (Witch: Who killed the witch?) Which witch is which, doesn’t ring a bell Which witch is good and which is a louse I’m too young now, I can not tell. (Witch: Did you kill the witch? Dorothy: No…) Well… Back to Oz… (Witch: Going so soon?) I stepped on the road, as mentioned above, to the city of emeralds and the coast of gold I need to know the definition of love I’m too young now, and the story is old. The wizard was fake, there’s a need for alarm I have to decide the colour of the road The Emerald City or the Kansas farm I’m too young now, it’s overload. Back to Oz …

Upside Down 04:32
UPSIDE-DOWN See the funny picture of a man with a beard When I turned it upside down, a lady appeared There is also a drawing of an ear, if you stare, When you set it clockwise it turns into a pear. See the fly walking on the ceiling all-day See the clown standing on his head just in play See the poor fellow on the card hanging by his foot See the potato tree with fruit on its root. Our love is upside-down You are down under, I am up above I am down under, you are up above Upside-down is our love. (evol ruo si nwod-edispU) See the image in a pinhole camera box See the lying body of a playing-dead fox See the tropical bat hanging from a tree in the heat See the breakdancer spinning on his head in the street. Our love is upside-down You are down under, I am up above I am down under, you are up above Upside-down is our love. (evol ruo si nwod-edispU) See the funny picture of a man with a beard When I turned it upside down, a lady appeared I have learned a yoga pose, well, just yesterday It’s a simple head stand to make me feel ok Gravity is at zero My body is slowly turning around I go counterclockwise In the way that rainsticks do And I turn into you And I turn into you And I turn into you

PARADISE AND HELL Good morrow, lad, sayeth God How didst thou pass my guardian angels? Excuse me, pardon, what a nice garden, I am just passing through Can I ask you, please, a question or two? What is space and what is time? Are we here for some reason or just for the rhyme? And what will happen, when I cross the line? Will I be fine, will I drink wine When I’m 69? Listen, my son, well, just for fun There is no space, there is no time. Thou goest Nowhere When thou kickest the air. This very verse Is the only universe Thou art not worth a dime Yes, thou art here just for the rhyme. Paradise and Hell A Blessing and a Spell The Beast and La Belle Hello and Farewell. G’day my sprog, have you come for a jog? How did you pass my dark hell’s angels? Excuse me, pardon, What a nice cauldron, I am just passing through Can I ask you, please, a question or two? What is space and what is time? Are we here for some reason or just for the rhyme? And what will happen When I cross the line? Will I be fine, will I drink wine When I’m 69? Well, listen, sproggy, it’s all a bit foggy There is no space, there is no time. You go Nowhere When you kick the air. This very verse Is the only universe You are not worth a dime And yes, you’re here just for the rhyme. Paradise and Hell (at the same time) A Blessing and a Spell (in the same rhyme) The Beast and La Belle (in the same name) Hello and Farewell (in the same game) Paradise and Hell (at the same time) A Blessing and a Spell (in the same rhyme) The Beast and La Belle (in the same name) Hello and Farewell.
